so far today is day 1, did a testing of my components and everything checks out as planned. ignore the start and end time/voltage. i went back and read the description of the battery and they are shipped fully charged. fully charged they are 4.2 v but the charger board discharges them down to 3.85v

the purpose of today's test is to determine the charger board functionality. blue led comes on for charging and red indicates fully charged. yes it is backwards but that's how the china man made it lol.

oh yes that's right, Solar panel to charge the lipo battery.

thanks, the hard part is integrating the solar panel into the controller and charger board.

Day 2     7/19/13

Drilled the ABXY buttons for the 3mm white led flat tops. Wet sanded the controller shell for paint along with some cutting for a window to see the charging. Also drilled a hole in the center of the controller for the led flasher button for mode switching. Removed a component from the controller board and the battery prongs.
