Why did they not include a chrome battery compartment?

Where did you put your programming port?

Well It was a full chrome shell, but I don't like the feel of the chrome on the back so used a standard MS black back. The battery compartment is a silver rather than a chrome and I have no idea why! haaa

I modded the PnC port rather than adding a 3.5mm programming port

That is really sick, nicely done the joysticks are extremely nice so do you have to use a diffrent type of cord for this? Im not sure which port you mean.

PnC - Play 'n' Charge

So you can just use your play n charge cable to plug it into your PC and change presets/drivers..

They are rubbery. It's the new XCM case, come's with light up, clear thumbsticks..

You can scrape the trace with a xacto knife, then you apply a little amount of flux and you are ready to solder your wires

Hey Ben! Nice controller, not too sure about the tablecloth though!!

Flux helps the solder flow. You can get solder with a flux core, and you can also flux the areas you want to solder so the solder flows onto (and into) them more easily. Basically it reduces the surface tension of the solder making it behave more like a fluid. It does other things but that's the important one.
