Title: Alternative Joysticks
Post by: SixtyninNaMoose on August 24, 2011, 09:52:16 PM: Hey, I play the 360 with a controller i built to adapt to my disability, the set up is good and 1tonpete is making it better. however i've been using the 360 joystick and it's just to stiff and i'm just weak to use it anymore. I have a very sensitive joystick i use my wheelchair the only requires 10grams of force to operate.

So what want to do is use it with the my 360 controller, i found a switch box that converts it to usb signal for use as pc mouse. Can we figure a way to get this to happen?

I was thinking maybe the keyboard and mouse adapter might work in combination with joystick to mouse adapter

Post by: SixtyninNaMoose on September 01, 2011, 08:30:36 PM: I got the xim3 2day and it works great and it will allow me to use a mouse along side my custom 360 controller.
So what I'm going to do is externalize the trackball socket from the mouse and position it where I want the right analog at because analog sticks are to hard for me to move. The cool thing about programming features is it lets assign any 360 button/analog function to any button on another device, such as a mouse, keyboard, gamepad and flight stick. Also there a good amount of sensitivity adjustments.
