Controller Paint

When doing a custom paint job is it a good idea to paint the thumbsticks or just buy some that match my color scheme. If you paint them though what do you do to prevent the paint from rubbing off the sticks?

I normally buy color matching thumb sticks since the majority are castes color acrylic in transparent, smoked or opaque color.

Idk if you can paint them and keep them from rubbing off. If anything try looking up DIP paint. They are rubberized paint that can easily be pilled off but are durable for us in truck lining or other places. They now come in vast variety of color and in fluorescent color.
