could be a number things, post up some pictures so someone can help identify the problem.

Things to check are the ground wire location, CPU rst wire length and location(avoid the inductor coils), and or the timing files used.

open the JP  do not bridge

did the console work fine before you rghed it?  if so reflash the updflash.bin.   also check how the blue wire is routed. could be causing the console to freeze if poor connection or the way its routed  check the orange wire for the b wire is  that could also be an issue and make sure your E and F are correct on the console   and post some pics  like Gizmo stated

timing file you should of used  Should of been clicked RGH2  TRINITY!

Is it a falcon motherboard?
he stated its a Trinity rgh2 which all slims are rgh2 :)

If  your falcon rgh2 is freezing then  its probably the console   I use CR3 lite on them and  bridge lk1 and use settings 1 and 5 on S2 dips on   and S4 1 on   only done 1 falcon rgh 2  and use the slim blue wire for falcon rgh 2 also timing file A  and jasper rgh2

Jasper rgh2 settings and using a coolrunner rev c

Remove C8 cap bridge  2 and 3   slim blue wire  bridge the cap for jasper Timing files A  try that and see if you get better results  and JP open (not Bridged)

Ok I removed the Jp resistor still freezes so should I cut the blue wire shorter? It doesn't freeze so quickly as before when I'm on the dashboard just when I'm about to play a game.

sounds like gpu issue  if its freezing on the dashboard  if its fine when your sitting on the dashboard?  and it freezing during game play i say the laser is bad or dvd drive issue causing the game to freeze  cutting the blue wire shorter will only cause more issues  in boot times

could be just over heating , first thing i would try is taking off the x-clamp and reapply some new artic silver 5 paste and try bolting down the heat sync like you would a normal rrod fix. using steel and nylon washers  the spacing has to be right so that you do not flex the board and should be bolted thru the cage  simple easy fix i would try before reflowing or reballing the console

This started after I rgh it. Could it cause fron flashing the nand? When I'm on fsd the temperature gauges look fine.

its possible i would rebuild the nand image and reflash it also double check your wiring and your solder points

what size washer and bold should i get seem the rrod fixwill do the trick because the heat sync was not seated properly, i press down on all four side and test and it didnt freeze.

12mm phillips head will work
M5 Nylon Washers - 1 mm thick
M5 Steel Washers - 1 mm thick

how many will you will need will depend on the stack up to keep the heat sync and the motherboard from flexing.  you want to make sure that you do not flex the motherboard best is to mount them thru the case.  nylon wasers you will need 8 to 16  or 32 depending on the stack up !
steal washers i do not remember i only had to do this one time and i stacked them so that the the mother board sat flat against the cage and stand offs in the cage also you need 4 nylon washers to put against the bottom of the motherboard and top side for sure so you do not short the motherboard out against steal washers
