politeness
« on: January 11, 2014, 03:39:22 PM »
hi,i think politeness may go a long way some admin comments about double posting etc can come across as being slightly aggressive and just plain rude, maybe putting a "please" at the front and a "thanks" at the end instead of shouty!!!! could work a little better after all manners are free or so ive been told.
also if a member comments on how they are spoken to by a staff member a reply other than"HOW WOULD YOU LIKE A 3 DAY BAN" may also be a little better.

I apologize if the staff come off as a little hostile from time to time, you must understand they are having to repeat the same thing a lot.

Still I have to agree with GBK to some extent, all the staff members should read (or re-read) the rules/code of conduct that they inherently accepted when joining the family.

Just my 2c.

I understand your point. I also understand that having to tell the same person the same thing repeatedly is a sign of disrespect and gets frustrating.  Get along.
