Trying To Revive A Coleco Pac-Man Mini Arcade

I found this at a yard sale for $1 but it doesnt work.  I'm going to try to clean all the rust & corrosion from the battery compartment, replace the 4 wires & maybe replace some components if needed to try to revive it.
