You are correct that you need a momentary - off - momentary rocker switch. You will have to make sure that those two tactile switches share a common line on the PCB.

Yep those buttons are sharing a common ground so a On - Off - On momentary rocker switch will work good, also if you are struggling to find rocker switches maybe you could try momentary toggle switches

toggle switches look like this if you don't already know
