Ok it's time for a voting for the news team,we need some info off you guys/girls that read the news we put on acidmods.
we have noticed in the past few weeks a very big drop in post views on the post we put on the site. so im putting this poll up for the members to vote on what you want to see more news about and to get more movement in the team. so come on in and vote for what you want.

I haven't seen one article about somebody's mod in the past, uhm forever.

Me and twist discussed this months ago, when I thought I wanted to be a part of the news team.

I miss when the front page wasn't all news that I can go other places to see.

with all the above posts we have tried differ news yet seems to not get much activity unless there's flaming going on.

neo thx for that i think the first one should ever be crazys mods or dens mods as there the newest here yet its want the team wants but think we should get them done first .

this was fren and my idea to try a poll for the news again so hope we get better votes from so many members

Fren did one about my RGB ROL mod not that long ago....

This was an R&D mod correct? That no one was allowed to see the whole project? :P

@whitetop I think that crazy's jtag is a wonderful place to get start, that is some impressive work, and will definitely attract non members

Denali also has some wonderful stuff as well, that's never been done before

I understand that there is no point in posting mods over and over that have been done before, but if something looks well done I don't think it would hurt..

one of my happiest days here on AM was when I made the front page!!

Crazy-modders reflow tutorial is another good one, thats what got me to join ACIDMODS! Wasnt sure if i was going to stay and I have found a bunch of usefull materials here , for all types of consoles, plus the guys that help with Rapid fire tutorials, just plain helping one another out, is very helpful for modding purposes and fixing turorials

thx guys this is was the team is looking for to put on the front page i think once the team are ok and are all back we should start doing this stuff abit more and once the top dogs back in action we can start on even better stuff for news from acidmod members

just a thought but i wouldn't mind seeing features on what members are building. Maybe each department submit a weekly recommendation for a feature on their mods. Or each day pick a section, like one day xbox , next ps3 etc.

yes good idea denali one thing that can work yet i think it can be done "if" people start picking up on there stuff and as stated i am sure you or crazy's will be the first to get this.

i think there should be a "Mod Of The Week" or "Mod Of The Month" award to whoever came up with the best system or controller mod in that time frame.

And there should be a "Handy Helper" award to whomever helped someone in a way that made them go out of their way.

The award should be +5 Karma or something like that.

That is a very good idea and I see only one issue with it, what with the activity on AM atm it is more likely to be "The only mod of the month if there was any".
