Free Mac Software Download.

Look, I got a mac 1st generation g4 (all blue with clear grips). It currently has Mac Os X tiger on it and i feel like I would be running  on windows 98. I was wondering if any of you smart people out there know a place or know how to download either 10.4 or 10.5 mac os x from a PC and put it on a disk so I can put run it on the g4. My g4 is so lousy and old with 10.2 it's not worth it to buy the software. So any help please?
