There's not much info available about the modder or about the case itself but it does look like it took a LOT of effort.

Wow, nicely done. I mean just imagine all the hours the modder spent in front of the sculpture of another mans chest... Working there fingers to the bone until they bled and there eyes glazed over in the majesty of Kratos's chest. xP

Just kidding, I had to. It a sick case but carrying it around would scare me. I'd be afraid of chipping it x.x;
