High Res Board Scans Parts Removed (All Controller Types)
« on: January 15, 2010, 10:17:56 PM »
Click any of the pics for a much larger 1800 x 840 or so version of the image, can't really make out too much on these, but on those ya can make out about all you'll probably ever need too for sure.

I'll have the CG2 stripped down, scanned and added sometime later, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

The top missing pad is the Analog Voltage. It's the same connection as the top row of 3 there, far right one, so you can just solder a wire from there to it, or to TP8, either one.

The middle missing pad is the Wiper, and you'll have to solder to a Via for that one. The CG board is traced out here - https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,34544.0.html

On WIRELESS CG BOARD BOTTOM what is component Q2? I mean model to search for a replacement . My controller does work using battery but is not working using cable . I tested and 5v goes to one of those pins on that IC but no voltage or very low voltage is going out of it. Thanks!

It's a ZXM62P02E6 or any other P-Channel FET in the same package with close enough spces to that. It doesn't have to be that exact one.

No idea what 'ones' you're referring to there. Compare the specs in the datasheets for them.

It's some kind of PNP Transistor, no idea on the specs. Maybe try a MMBT4403 or similar there.
