psp freezes

ok my friend psp is freezing after a couple of hours of playing a game what could be the problem also when doing sr leds soldering them to the speaker do you still need a resistor

1. The CPU might be overheating, leading to a freeze. Ask him if it gets hot, or if it's been taken apart.
2. You don't need a resistor, but just to be safe you could add a 10 ohm resistor, because they can melt hot glue.

ok i think i fixed it he was overclocking it in the vsh menu so i wil see tommorrow if it fixed and thank you i will use a resistor

I wouldn't use a resister. Unless you were using red leds

thats what im using red leds and the psp is fixed it didnt freeze after 6 hrs of play
