ok i need to no the MUST have parts to...

i need to no the MUST have parts to start a simple applacation on a pic like what kind of resitors and caps and stuff.

and i also need to no how to wire the crystal pins whan my pic has a crystal built in.

Most newer (cheaper) pic have built in "internal oscillators" and pll options to manipulate operating frequency.  You might get away with out an external osc.
