What soldering iron do you use?
I use a weller WM15L 15Watts and I need a new and thinner tip.

Very clean and well done.
I think the reason that some people like F00f00's 4 usb connectors better is because they are semetrical. I know that there is not enough room to wire this connector on the top or bottom easily, but I think that's what would make this mod truly amazing.
Although, very well done. Did you use a dremmel to cut the hole in the trim? A scalpel?

What did you do to get the wires around the golden wifi thing (whatever you call it)? did you go under it, pushing the golden thing closer to the power board?

I've got to get a new tip too but the one I've got now will have to do. Its a little burnt at the top but added a bit of solder to it to get it good again.

I can do the job with the one I have now but it's gonna be a bit hard and with bad soldering.
Though if I'm so very impatient I'll do it with my current tip and play all day with my new pad!!

Good infomation, I've been drawing diagrams and thinking about how I am going to route the wire inside the PSP. I've been collecting ports that have a resonable amount of pins too
