CXMB

Q&A
What is cxmb?
cxmb is a plugin for psp to use FLASH0 themes without flashing

How does that work?
all you need to do is go setting>themes and from there you can browser all of the flash0 themes

What type of files does it use?
ctf themes MADE for cxmb 3.2 (most are)

Where can I download ctf themes?
theres quite a few site where you can, but these two are my favorites
www.2alien.net
www.consolespot.net

DOWNLOAD
3.71/3.80/3.90/4.01/5.00 universal CXMB 3.3

Directions
1.Download the plugin from the link provided above

2.Connect usb to psp and the computer and go to usb connection

3.A window should pop up(if not go to computer and find your memory stick drive) keep opening the folders until you get to full, lite, and the readme

4.Open up the lite folder and copy all of the contents into your ms0

5.Exit usb connections and turn off you psp and then go into recovery mode (turn on psp while holding right trigger)

6.Go down to plugin and enable cxmb.prx

7.Now exit recovery mode and go back into usb connection(refer back to step 3 with window did not pop up)

8.Now for the themes just copy and paste ctf themes into your theme folder (psp>themes)

9.Exit usb connection go down to themes and there you have it, flashless xmb themes
NOTE select random.ctf and it will randomly select a theme inside the theme folder

Pros & Cons

Pros
fast
easy
flashless
no chance of bricking

Cons
lack of customization
minor memory issues (just reboot the psp)
some themes has bugs
WARNING
UN-FLASH ANY THEMES YOU MAY HAVE HAD ON YOUR PSP AND TAKE OFF PTF THEMES BEFORE YOU USE CXMB FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT

Simple as that, RA1N, out
oh and if you still have any questions feel free to ask
and if you have any ctf theme sites you know of just tell me and i can post it up here

Nice, this will save time. If I'm not mistaken though, .ctf can be used by official fw as well?

But isn't it possible to theme a PSP without the plugin/CFW?
