now guy you may of noticed some changes so here is a direct quote basically from the R&D sections for the general public to see so that they understand how it works and how the may become part of the team and no doubt that as an admin team we missed a few members but believe me when we say we are keeping an eye out for new members who fit the criteria to help enhance the teams

hey guys as you may notice we have have redone the r&d team and have fixed the board permissions so that the groups can see what they should etc etc. now we are been much stricter now on the groups, basically if they dont meet and maintain the following criteria then they will be demoted or scrapped end off until you work there way back up.

as you can see here are the criteria we will have each level of R&D meet that way they know how to advance as well.

J.R R&D
- 25 post min (can be exeptions)
- willingness to try new things
- helpfull to other members
- show creativity and inginuty in what they acomplish but dont necerserily have to be perfect modders or the most origional
- basic ability in creating tutorial
- no spamming to juice post count to progress as it will be checked

REGULAR R&D
- same as above
- 100 post minimum(can be exeptions)
- show basic knowlege of overall electronics
- contribute to brainstorming of new mods
- come up; with ideas for new mods and demonstrate POC's
- very good ability to create a tutorial

ADVANCED R&D (AREA 51)
- same as above
- 200 post minimum(can be exeptions)
- show full to advanced electronics knowlege
- demonstrate capability to work in a team as well as on there own
- self motivated
- ability to create fully releasable advertisable mods
- advanced ability to create a tutorial


As you can see there will be 3 sections J.R R&D, REGULAR R&D and ADVANCED R&D


Now been a part of this team it is vital that they report in at least once a week sharing anything new they have and it is required that they have full disclosure of there current mod and any information they gain from doing it. this must be shared between there own smaller group of Jr, Regular or Advanced and also any other groups they see fit.

i sooo think it should be Intermediate R&D and not "Regular" R&D

thats a fair old while ago.....over a month in fact

i suppose it was left there just in case it is ever re-instated

but advanced R&D was removed, and now i see folklord as advanced R&D ;)

i think i should be regular r&d i made a tut for the led mod for the wii. and i also fit the requirements also. i always think of new mods. like me carbon fiber psp, my secret mod, etc so pm me if i make it please. i think i rightfully belong on regular r&d :yess:
