we run 11 forums with the smallest been 4k members and the largest over 700K registered members

and no we did not get there by scamming people, members, customers like 1 person on this forum

there are those it seems that choose it seems to keep their eyes closed to the facts...or only chose to hear certain sound bytes of the facts

the fact is king mike has ripped me off and has promised over and over that he will take care of it.

yes he may show some of the tracking number of delivery.... now check the latest date there..
now check this convo with mike after the lastest was delivered...which was supposed to be 33 intensafire kits turned out to be a small envelope with 3 only inside....so received 3 ...

I contacted him giving him grief about the rest...he said chill its on it way.....those of you that know mike like I do... will probably know all his excuses too

now after been strung along over and over again with private talks with mike.... did some of the staff expect a different outcome?.... that we would just let it continue to happen?

until now...we talked about matters in my private forum

if need we are going public with this all over the net and will have registered members almost 1  million over the forums help shut him down and everyone that is with him.

we have some people on the side have express interest in making acidmods and the shop bigger and better...most important a respected site....not like it is now

lets start from the beginning.. he placed an order for 27 xbox premodded controllers $17each, at the time the first shop closed. he also want 20 basic rapid fire kits for $10each totalling $659... He paypal $667, $18 was extra to cover shipping and paypal fee.. 

what shipping do you guys know the cost only $18 for 27 contollers?

His order was going out, when COD5 got patched.. instead of shipping none working controllers and chips, I remade the whole order with updated chips.  I shipped it for the best shipping available for $18 which was parcal post international.  the problem with it is you cant track it. I cant prove whether he got it or not.. I took he by his word when he said he hadn't.  so he filed a dispute on paypal and got a partial credit of $165 out of $667, leaving a balance of $502.

when i re-opened the shop, He emailed me, and NOT ONLY wanted a refund, but he also wanted 33 intensafire on top of it. I shipped him 33 units at $21 coming out to $693 plus the $165 partial credit recieved earlier, coming to a grand total of $858 worth of product.

He still wants 30 more free of charge.

I WILL NOT be talking about this any longer..  I Will Not be sending 30 Intensafire free of charge, it is a rediculous request.

and btw when paypal did their investigation he never replied... so the gave paypal gave us the rest of the funds frozen in his wifes account.(since no way..paypal will ever give mike the crook another account again) which was like 158 or something...

ok this drama needs to end. I will be sorting this out and make sure everyone is happy.
we will send them out once more and this time we will document that there are 30 intensafire boards being shipped and will ship them with tracking.
once he recieves these boards he will stop all disputes with the acidmods shop in paypal.
i will post in here again once the package is sent out with proof that it is sent out.
so if members could please leave this topic quiet from now until it is all ironed out.

ok we just talked and if we take your word for what you have received based on your posts on this forum so far you have received 23 kits and paypal gave you $165 back when you originally paid $675 (leaves $510 after the refund you got from paypal).
so we just offered you 33 intensafire boards in order for this mess to stop. but you declined.

now see i know what the wholesale costs are for these items and if someone offered me another 33 boards to stop a mess when all i was owed after paypal had giving me $165 back was $510 and i had already received 23 kits (which btw more than covers the $510) i would jump at the chance.

also you have no idea how much damage mike's screwup had screwed us with certain regular customers....hence is why mike offered interest as compensation.

I know modderman, personally, and mike we know quite a few of the same people as well.

Modderman is not a "Scammer" or a troll. He is someone who had a deal that went sideways and is trying to correct it. To be honest, if i got :censored:ed as hard as he did i would be the same way. And to offer him boards? Really? How many boards have you sold in bulk to end users, probably not many. The Kit is what makes them great for most.

Mike, I am glad to see the above post you are trying to make it right. Now heres my solution to proving you send all the peices you say you are going to send. Send each peice individually. Yes this can be costly but i can ship 30 Individually wrapped boards from your location, upto Canada for $70 ($2/board). This way each package is individually tracked and signed for. a bit excessive yes but it clears you of all future bull:censored: and proves your good on it. for speed I want COY to sent the Kits to Mike of Gamestuff.ca and to keep this as simple as possible so nothing screws uP.

mike of gamestuff has been receiving shipment from COY for a while now..and is trusted by me , and by COY.

This method is the only method to be used and is the only way to finish this drama quiclkly.

the other method will take forever...again and is not acceptable... as mike has not provided anything yet but words again which I have heard over and over before.

with COY sending them..it will be simple, easy, and quick.

Rise and shine modderman....  I spoke to mike last night and was informed that BGR will be handling this.  BGR instructed mike to drop it and they would be responsible for you getting your order as they want to make sure it is taken care of and over.  Mike is the only line of communications between AM and BGR so all I can do is tell u what I have been told and I will do so as I hear stuff.  I am under the impression that gamerstuf will be recieving the shipment.

yes that was the other avenue..we had conversation with  COY  as it was just unaccepatable to us to wait another month for mike to get it done....(from experience)

although we have yet to receive confirmation on this , coy has been very professional in his handling of this situation..
