I juss joined this forum 2day but i've been a great fan 4 a really long time.
I was really amazed by my friend's modded psp, it had everythingg a 15 yr old teen would dream of in a handheld console !
a week ago I started working on my own psp mods, but i had a bit of a problem with the parts, especially the ones 4 the LED trigger mod !
We do have a couple of hardware stores in our area but it's always being watched by the iraqi national guards.... on account of the new security plan in baghdad. Apparently many terrorists can get their hardwares from these shops.
Another prob is that the 2n2222 transistors which is used in the LED trigger circuit can also be used to detonate remote controlled bombs! A friend of mine who was also looking 2 get his psp modded got interrogated for 2 hours in the back of humvee and left empty handed.
So here's my question, how do i get these parts from normal electronics. I found a a c9014 transistor inside my old dvd player's remote so im certain other brands might use a 2n2222 transistor.... u juss name the brand and ill get it... money is not an issue since electronics here r sh*t cheap !
