Microsoft to Allow Limited USB Storage on 360
by, aquatsr

While those of us who have a dedicated hard disk drive in the Xbox 360 may not think much of this, gamers who refused to shell out for increased disk space can now enjoy the long-awaited capability to store saves and other information onto a USB mass storage device. For most games this is a non-issue, as the save files are a couple hundred kilobytes, but for games like Dragon Age *cough* 19 MB *cough* the external storage option is a big relief. Microsoft plans to roll out this new capability (new being a relative term - PS3 has had this for ages) in a Spring 2010 firmware update.

The Catch
Of course, this being Microsoft, there's always a catch. While gamers will be able t...

I'm sure anyone who's anyone concerned with gaming has heard about Project Natal, Microsoft's answer to full person integration into gaming.

Well, here's a bit of a demo video showing what they'd like natal to do. If they can get it as clean as it's shown, the Xbox360 has instantaneously been bumped up a notch and into the family friendly gaming area, where the Wii sits ever so comfortably.

A pair of college students decided to give making an Xbox 360 laptop a shot. The Xbox laptop contains a built-in 17-inch Gateway monitor, keyboard, functioning Xbox Live camera and a wireless network adapter, this Xbox is about as portable as it gets.

If you think this Xbox is as awsome as I think it is, you can help the students further their education by buying the Xbox on ebay.

As previously announced the CK3 Probe v2 shipment was on hold due to the delay on the custom made conductive glue shipment. Due to the quantity it was not allowed to be flown on a airplane so had to be transported by ship (which has caused an 8 week delay). However we have been inundated with requests to release a batch of the stock without the glue as many of you are simply prepared just to do the trace repairs yourselves. Naturally we have instructed the resellers who are selling without the glue to give a discount and to make sure that you are made aware that the glue is not included. It is on its way so ...
